Positive-definitely holds the girls in place during activities such as horse back riding!
Negative- is super heavy and super thick so is hot and also squishes the girls together. I think it doesn’t need to be so heavy and thick and have they heard of “lift and separate”?”

“I wear a 36HH. Finding something to control bounce while working out has been impossible. I have purchased several different sports bras that promised max bounce control, but I returned every last one of them. I was expecting to do the same with this one, but once I got it on and tightened it up, I was suprised to find that it actually delivered and did what it said. There is still a little jiggle on top from what doesn't fit in the bra, but that is minimal. Now I can actually work out in public without worrying about how much my breasts are bouncing or how ridiculous I look. But just don't expect to wear this long before or after a workout. To do its job and keep everything locked down, you have to pull it tight, and that isn't super comfortable, but for what it does manage to do while working out, it's worth it. As for fit, I followed the sizing guide and got it right on the first try.”
