“I just received them. They were recommended by my personal trainer and I like them very much. I assume that they are graded to different resistance levels. There was no indication as to the level of resistance. I tried stretching them by hand to determine and the aqua colored band seemed like the least level of resistance so I started with that band. If I am incorrect on that could you let me know”

“Durable resistance bands that have a wide range of resistance levels. They are nicer than the rubber bands that tend to roll up and can become uncomfortable. These are very comfortable to wear around the legs. I've only had these for a couple of weeks, but am very happy with this product so far.”

“I love the bands! They are very nice quality and a thick material that drys quickly after hand washing with cold water! Would recommend to anyone that loves to exercise and wants to add resistance to their routine!”
