“I've been trying to contact you all and nothing! I didn't receive my order. I received lifting gloves instead of my black resistance bands. I want my money back. It took almost a month to receive and what I received was not what I ordered! I've tried calling number is disconnected, emailing and the email isn't active. This is completely unacceptable”

“I purchased the black resistance band and discovered a small nick in it. I contacted Shelter Fitness and Mike instructed me to discard it. Shelter Fitness sent me another one very promptly. They stand behind the quality of their products and are super nice in every way! Thanks for your quality products and great customer service. Annette B.”

“So far, all of the 5 resistance bands I've bought from Shelter Fitness are obviously quality made. I use the 100 lb band for leg exercises, and the 50, 65, and 35 for aided pullups depending where I am vis-a-vis strength.”

Thanks for the feedback Brandon. 100% latex resistance bands do wear eventually with use, and this can be accelerated with heavy use. That said failure after 3 months is not acceptable by our standards. Our team will be in touch to work with you on a free replacement. Thanks for your support and honest feedback!
