“I used to compete and due to life changes I had to stop working out about 2 yrs ago and I was missing the gym tremendously. There was a trainer that I remember she was always telling me to try out her work outs she used nothing but band's but you know how it is ego always got the best of me. So two week's ago I said fuck it let's try it and I ordered the heavy set and now for the last two weeks using them I can say I'm getting the same work outs as I did at the gym and feeling that good old muscle soreness and the pump is there too so don't think about it go ahead and get them you wont be dissatisfied work out anytime anywhere I dare you. I give it a 5 start...______ I'm starting to look swollen again..”

“They lied!!! They said two business days I got mine in literally 1 and a half days. They are that efficient. Not only that these bands are really rated at the weight it says. You can get a great workout, all in all I am in love with these freaking bands!!!”

“Tried resistance bands before, like the kind you see a lot of women using in the gym. Bloody useless for a serious gym rat. But with the gym closed because of coronavirus, I needed SOMETHING! I ordered a set of resistance tubes, which seemed a bit more substantial, and then I saw the power bands, which looked like resistance bands on steroids. Sent Shelter Fitness an email to ask about them. They sent me one free with my kit order to try out. Thought that was pretty cool. Well, after using the kit and the bands for a while, I'm sold. It's not a 300 lb. bench press, but if you do enough reps (in my case, 45-50), it's surprisingly effective. I get a good pump. I ordered several more power bands, in different "weights" and I think they work great. Surprising how much you can do with them. And you can't beat the customer service. I've already recommended them to several friends.”
