“no instructions of any kind came with the set. There isn't even any markings on the bands showing the weight relativity. Very disappointing.”

Hi Dennis. Thank you for your order and review. As resistance bands are variable in resistance (they get heavier as they stretch) the actual "pound" listing can be arbitrary. The thicker the band, the heavier the resistance.
