“The bands came in just a few days and I made a system with 3 levels of fasteners that I can attach the bands to and use just like I use the bands at the place I I work out two times per week. Having these bands a home allow me to work out some each day. Love it, and feel I can keep in better shape and feel better. I will send photos of thesimpleset up I made.”

“I haven't had these bands for super long but so far so good. I appreciate the feeling of strength and durability, My last 'pandemic' set died pretty quickly :( I am optimistic that this set will stay the course and meet my needs!”

“They are a little stiff when you first get them, that's to be expected. You do need to use them to stretch them out a little bit. The quality is no joke, the materials are worth the price. Any exercise and movement, you can do with confidence that they won't break. Excellent value.”

“Received them pretty quickly. They are as described. I'd suggested a lis5 of recommended exercises for new users. I'll be getting use from the lighter bands, not so sure about the heavier ones.”
