“Just used the bands for the first time. They seem very high quality. Provided much more consistent resistance throughout the exercises than I was expecting. Worked a lot of stablilizing muscles that never get hit, which is a real plus for injury prevention and functional strength. I recommend these bands as a supplement to any weightlifting program.”

“Bought some bands because arthritis is settling in my thumbs. Got um in the mail and tested them out. The higher rated bands were very difficult put my thumbs feel fine. I'm happy.”

“Really like the bands. Heavy duty and enjoy combining to get that extra resistance. Highly recommend. One area I would like is if the bands were listed as to the weight resistance. I wrote on them with a perminate marker.”
