“Bands should have tags on them identifying resistance levels. Having to use these for physical therapy exercises where I have limits on the weight I am to use.”

“Appears to be quality but I cannot use. I have a hand injury and wanted to use the strap at my wrist. I cannot figure out how to use these straps with proper form and function. Website Videos, YouTube and google all useless for help. I was so excited about getting these! Sadly am in the process to return them.”
