“I bought the kettle bell for a Christmas gift. The first one sent got lost and you quickly sent me another one which arrived Christmas Eve. The box was torn badly from being shipped but the kettle bell was ok, I am surprised it made the journey with the condition of the packaging. Thought you would like to know this information. Thank you”

“Awesome experience, kettlebell I ordered came as expected and in fast time too! I had previously looked at other companies and even ordered one that ended up being broken.. Other companies were charging an additional $30-$40 just for shipping the kettlebell. This was an awesome experience, fast and good quality. I would recommend to others, and will be back for more as I grow my gym.”

“I recently had an issue with a delivery on my order. Mike responded immediately and took care of the matter the next day by sending another KB. Shelter Fitness products and customer service are outstanding.”
