“I replaced a 1" thick squishy mat with this one, and even though it's much thinner, it provides enough cushion to make yoga comfortable. My favorite part is the placement guidelines. They make it easier to notice when your hands/feet are spaced evenly (or not!) to better your form. Definitely happy with this mat!”
