I have used these for a few years now. They hold the tension especially in spring when the ground thaws and soil is very wet.

These are amazing - easy to use, a must-have if you are anchoring a shelter anywhere other than soft loam. We live on one of the Rocky Mountains (Colorado) and the auger type anchors were never going to work. These took some effort to get in (and at least a 3lb hammer) but perform wonderfully. Well engineered and worth the cost! Silly to put a plastic cap on the driving rod, breaks with the first hammer swing, otherwise solid product.

the driving rod was not in the box when I got it. Had to improvise. Made job much more difficult.

Was looking for a solution to fasten a plastic 8x10 storage shed to the ground. This did the trick! Easy to install. Once these anchors are in the ground, you cannot easily get them out.

Skeptical about the anchors when I ordered them, because the ground is full of so many rocks. These anchors went in without a issue. Just make sure to insert the same end in to the anchor every time and not the flared end that was hammered on. If they work in my yard they should work any where.

Drove the first anchor about a foot into some hard soil. Went to pull out the drive rod and the anchor came with it. It's still stuck in the anchor.

i pounded in the first one, rod is stuck in the anchor. I used the rod i got with the garage and it is stuck in the second one. The anchor needs to be honed out alittle, as the rod is too thick. The anchors i got with the 10x20 garage were made better and i had no trouble
