Our standard covers have a one year warranty and if you are within that time period and something goes wrong we suggest filing a warranty claim and having it reviewed by a representative in the corresponding department. “I bought my 10x20 shelter years ago in 2004. I have went through 1 top and 1 set of elastic fasteners. Not bad for longevity! To prevent uv damage, I put camo tarp over it. I anchored it with ropes on a 2x6 base plate and put sand buckets on the base. It's held up to rain, wind, and Chicago snow. Excellent product. Does the job with a little care.”
