“canopy was very easy to install over the framework. Seems to be of good quality construction. However, one of the 24 grommets was dislodged. I have been unsuccessful in gluing the two halves to the canopy. There were 3 grommets (the dislodged one was one of those) that did not have the hole in the fabric punched through. I had to do that. On the third one, the grommets either side of the fabric became dislodged.”

“This was a great looking top for our canopy. And it arrived sooner than we thought. However it was destroyed the first time we used it by a falling tree. Fortunately human injury was not too bad, but this confirmed what we thought: excellent canopy vs. falling tree? Tree wins.”
“Either I ordered the wrong Replacement Part, or this one is cut/stitched wrong. Because the Replacement Part does not look like the photo on-line. Namely the corners are concave and not convex. Sorry no photos - I will get some. I will call and chat with someone later today.”

We are very sorry to hear about that! On the inside of your cover there should be a "Re-Order" part number and that should tell you exactly which replacement you require. If you no longer have your original cover you can always speak with one of our representatives who can collect more information about your frame and identify which cover is compatible. This is a temporary shelter and is not designed to be left up under inclement weather conditions. We do have similar Carports which are wind and snow rated which may better suit your needs.
