“Cool concept just too cheap products and pull cord too thin. Mine rope was jamed in between the "roller" and its frame - especially with sand in the door weight pipe. Replace plastic with steel blocks/pullys you will be fine the concept works flawlessly.”
“Installed as directed but it would not roll the door up. Maybe with the lighter weight door fabric, mine is 21.5. Maybe in a warmer part of the country that is not as cold as New York, the 21.5 fabric is very stiff when cold - In general for me rolling the door up by hand is faster, easier and neater.”

“I would recommend offering a mesh window with a cover for the upper portion of the door to allow for ventilation when the door is closed since the unit tends to collect condensation when humid.”
“The pull-Eaze roll-up door kit was easy to install. The only problem I had was that the first one was sent and the hardware was for the smaller unit, I called customer service and they, were very helpful and sent out a 2nd one which got lost in shipping so after I called and told them I did not receive it, a 3rd one was sent out and all was good. Just took time to straighten it out but customer service was great. Thank You”
“The cord going through the sheaves is already frayed because the cord does not come off the center of the sheave unless you pull from the door center. A better system needs to be addressed because the operator typically pull from the side because that is where you cleat the line. Additionally, door side curtain pullbacks were installed to keep the vehicle side from being scratched by the zippers.”
“This does not roll up tight. I tried putting a pipe in the slit at the bottom. But it seems like it needs more weight. Why don't you sell it with what it needs to work properly? We shouldn't have to buy other things to figure out how to make this work. We have to have one person roll it up with their hands while the other pulls on the pully slowly. Do you sell anything to make this work?”
