I haven't installed it yet, but I'm sure it will be great. the old one sure takes a beating in the wind and holds up amazingly well.

The original cover held up for years. The replacement covers don’t because they do not fit properly they are small so you can’t get the Grommets to stay tight. Hard to keep water out when they’re smaller.

My landlord originally bought the frame and canopy several years ago for use as a carport (which is what the company designates is its purpose). He had good luck with the canopies lasting up to two years, and when I needed a new canopy, he recommended I buy from ShelterLogic, which I did in December 2016. Now four months later, after a wind and rain storm, the canopy is in tatters. I wasn't asking for a refund, as the company had shipped me an extra tarp in error which they allowed me to keep, but just to let them know of my experience, thinking maybe they could shed some light on what might have happened. Was told by their customer service rep that the tarps are not meant to be left up and should be taken down before a storm. Seriously? Exactly what good is a carport supposed to do your car if you remove the tarp? So I guess I'll stick with the $40 tarps from the hardware store...at least they last six months.
