“Side panels fit tight. No bungees required. Side panels are nice and longto keep out the rain. End panels a little snug and not long enough, so added 10" to them. I got a 12x24 carport, so I had to add on another tarp to cover the 4' gap on each side. It would be nice for Arrow to sell enclosure kits that work for added lenghts.”

“I ordered two of the 12 x 20 carport enclosure kids. They were both delivered on time ,although one box came inbroken and extremely wet due to the inclement weather.
We installed the kit of the unopened box with out any issues.
Upon installation of the broken box kit we noticed missing parts.
Emailed Shelter Logic, explained situation .
We're awaiting the missing parts.

“I purchased this kit 2 years ago and the sun made it shrink and tear on the end piece and 1 side panel that was exposed to the sun. It made the zipper doors unable to close without separating at the Velcro seams and the side panel leaked where the fabric shrank and tore.
The company replaced the panels (actually sent me a whole new kit) which was great.
However, the panels exposed to the sun are doing the same thing this spring.
Unfortunately they are not willing to replace the panels or admit that they have a “known problem “ with their product.
So, if yours is in the sun, be prepared to replace it every year.
Apparently that is why they only offer a 1 year warranty !!”

We are very sorry to see that you are not satisfied with your purchase. There's been no reports of our fabrics shrinking or anything of that nature. Please note our ripstop fabric cover is made from a 7.5 oz. triple layer woven polyethylene material that is made strong. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. All our shelters include a minimum one-year warranty, and if you cover tears within that period, we suggest filing a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department.
