“Get about 2 years out of it before I get tears on the top. Wished it lasted longer but that's all I get. This is my 3rd one and the only reason I but this rather than Costco's which is half the price is because Costco's only last a year, tried a Costco one once.
Prices keep going up though so I may have to go with a more permanent option if they get any more expensive”

“Good product, but could be better if the grommets were located at least 1/2" from the edge of the tarp. Many are not, so the pulling caused mostly by weather tears the grommet out because it is on the edge of the tarp already.”
