“Seems to be good quality. Fair price and quick order fulfillment. My last cover lasted 6 years until we had a big hail storm. My frame is 12 years old so that may be the problem but I found the cover a bit big and it quite a bit of time to take up all of the slack.”

“After 3 months the tarp started crumbling pieces off! It didn’t even last 2 years in central Alberta! It just kept crumbling apart till thin spots wore, just the wind would rip it cuz of it crumbling so bad! Heavy rainstorm in August and the one whole side on the roof just ripped and caved in!!”

All our Gazebo comes with a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if your cover tears within that period, we suggest submitting a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. “The replacement cover was shipped promptly. The instructions are clear and easy to understand. The cover was easy to replace as well. The only issue was with the shipping company. They would not deliver to a rural address, which was a bit of a complication to the process.”
