“Such a poor quality product, highly recommended avoiding it. Had it possibly 6 months and the cover started ripping, its now ripped everywhere and a cat fell through it.”

All our shelters include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if your cover tears within that period, we suggest filing a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. “Even with COVID, received quickly.
Looks great, nothing missing.
Only issue was some tube openings were glued too small, but have had same issue with buying the complete shed. Rather have it that way than not glued :D”
