This was so easy to replace. It takes two people but was easy to line up.

I called direct with specific replacement part numbers and I was sent the wrong kit. The main canvas fits fine but the ends are to a different model.

It is not a year old yet and it is ripping along the ridge line and upper corners. I am not sure if I will replace the cover...

Hello Ron, We are very sorry to hear about this! All our shelters include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if the cover tears within that period, we suggest filing a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us at 1-800-560-8383. https://www.shelterlogic.com/registration-and-warranties Thank you

We purchased our present cover on May 10, 2022, for $279.86 which replaced a cover that tore and collapsed. We had it put up and noticed that we could see through it to the outside after a short time. I called and talked to Rachael and she said that she would send us a patch kit which we received on July 2, 2022. She said if that didn't work we could submit a warranty claim. As we are elderly, we had to hire someone to come and put them up. On February 21, 2023 the entire top collapsed. I called again and was told that they couldn' help us over the phone and that we would have to take photos and submit a warranty claim online, which we aren't sure how to do. My husband just had knee surgery and isn't able to get though the snow to take photos. We are in the process of finding someone to come help us with this before the warranty period expires. This has not been a positive experience for us.
