“What a big disappointment 3 weeks up and this morning tears and with the winds everything is flapping away what a waste of money! I bought the 8x8 found the material very low quality when installing well today proved me right. There is too much extra flapping material.”

All our Winter covers include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if your cover tears within that period, we suggest submitting a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. “First year is great. Second year small tears appear. Third year large tears. Forth year buy a new one. This is the third cover i have bought and they seem to all wear out after 3 winters. The material breaks down from UV exposure as only the roof breaks down thr rest is fine and the roof starts to flake off. So just be warned you will a new one every couple years. Would rsther pY more for one that lasts longer as they end up in landfill.”

If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow (if applicable), it can also affect longevity. “This is an amazing product.. It's taken a beating with wind and my dogs playing around and against it. We have it over our gazebo for winter use with a fire table, and it is excellent inside. The changes I would make would be actions for door and window placement. Slightly inconvenient where they presently are and would have liked a different orientation. Also the door and tie ups could have been made with velcro instead of simple tie ups. They are a bit hard to do up and stay up.
Lastly the window covering on one side is lopsided (yes the cover is on straight lol) ever so slightly but has to be pulled off center to velcro down.
Other than that we love it.”
