Collapsed and bent in first big wind. Disappointing but I guess not surprised given cost.

Hello, This canopy is not live load rated and it does list in the manual that this temporary shelter should be taken down in inclement weather conditions. To discuss this in more detail please feel free to start a live chat or give us a call at 1-800-932-9344. Thank you ,Customer Service,Debora

We bought this a couple months ago and finally set it up two weekends ago. Ran into the only problem with a badly welded table clamp. The clamp was assembled/welded in a non-parallel way so that it couldn't clamp tightly. Had to carve a wedge to get it to clamp to the table. After that, assembly was smooth and we had some nice shade in an otherwise sunny campsite. Customer service was very helpful and sent us a new clamp promptly. Very pleased with the service end.

I bought one last year and liked it enough to buy another one this year. I use one at home and the other for camping.

Im a pretty well know flower vendor in New York, and this canopy is a life safer. Before I found this canopy, I could not find any 10x7 or 10x8 canopies anywhere. Thankfully I found a local vendor selling books with this canopy, and I decided to buy one for myself. Well, it was the best decision I could have made. This tent has been protected my flowers from the heavy rain, and the sun. I would give it 5 stars, but it isn't great when its real windy. You may need to use some weight and rope to hold it down. It works for me, so its not a big deal. Like I said this thing is a lifesaver, and would not be able to work without it.

The entire concept is genius. Very pleased with the quality. There was a minor issue, but it was tended to expediently.

This is a great product. The first one has lasted for years and I still use it today and when I saw the price on it again I decided to buy a new one as a replacement for when the original one wears out.

I bought this a year ago and everything worked great, this year when I set it up the shock cords were stretched out and the cover was ripping in the corners and won't last a second year.

Hello, We are sorry to hear about the issues you are experiencing. This unit does have a one year warranty, if still within that time period we would suggest filing a claim (link has been included below). Fabric life is affected by application, location and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. To discuss this further please give us a call at 1-800-932-9344. http://www.shelterlogic.com/support/forms/warranty-claim/ Thank you , Customer Service
