“I purchased the bag over the internet and when I did not get a confirmation I called. I was told that it was held up because the billing and shipping addresses were different. The person with whom I spoke then said he would release it. I explained that I needed it by a certain date and was told it would arrive on that day if not before.
I got a tracking update that showed it was being transferred to USPS from UPS and that it would be delivered the day after I needed it.
It actually arrived two days after I needed it and when I called I was told they use a program or service to check that payment methods are real and that it was out of their hands and there was no way they could have guaranteed the arrival.”
