“I have yet to use this top but I want it on hand this winter, just in case. They last for about three years here in Oregon. The sun is what finaly gets to them. Wish you made one of the heavey material.”

“We've had our canopy since 2016. We have held a long list of family events under it.
It would be nice if there was a way to protect the top material from the South Florida sun, we're on our third replacement top. Overall it's been a good product and saved us quite a bit of money on rentals.”
Hello,
We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow, it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement Canopy tops. If you would like to discuss any of this in more detail, our customer service team is available 7 days a week at 1-800-932-9344.
Thank you, Customer Service
“I live in Texas and the heat and the sun can get very hot. This canopy last about 6 to 8 months, then it starts to deteriorate, I get splitting at the arch when that happens it leaks. It seems to me they should put in a reinforcement at the arch that is about 6" wide on the whole length canopy. This would help a lot. Otherwise, I am happy with it, very strong, this is my 3rd replacement in 2 years. It has been hit by winds and ran in the +35 with +40 gust. She balloons and lifts, but never has she ripped (nock-on-wood)”
