“Bought this product, this will be the second summer. Frame is good but starting to show slight signs of rust leakage. The canopy top lasted the first summer, during winter, was stored indoors and also sprayed a sealant on it for the next summer. This is the second summer, the canopy frame are still good but continues leaking rust a bit as before but the canopy is disintegrating right before our eyes. I look up at it and you can see through it more and more. Tried to get a replacement canopy but there is none in stock anywhere. So I will have to custom make one. That's just 1 and half summers... not good in my books.”

“We ordered this yesterday morning and it arrived just after noon today. Took my wife and I (both 59) about 90 minutes to assemble. Straightforward and sensible directions. Nothing was bent or missing and it came with a couple of extra bolts. It was nice to buy a product online and and have it exceed our expectations. “I got this to make a pandemic tiki hut, I bolted it into concrete and we have since had 75mph winds up here near the peak of Bernal Hill in SF, I went to bed at least two nights thinking for sure there would be wreckage in the morning but the Pacifica Gazebo Canopy was good to go. Initial shipment came with a defective part, but Anthony was able to work magic and we received it in time for the party -great customer service. Do you offer any mesh side panels that can be ziptied on? That would be the icing on the cake! Nice product!”
