“Bought 3 of these Patio Awnings. LOVED them ... UNTIL not 3 months later .... the 1st canopy fabric suddenly split horizontally through the center. Concerned, we checked the 2nd canopy and the fabric had split and frayed in multiple places. The 3d canopy hasn't ripped yet but anticipating it will, we purchased Waterproof Canvas Fabric and are making replacement covers for all 3. Shelter Logic asks so much money for their products because the consumer can count on quality. However, this canopy cover is not Shelter Logic quality. (FYI: we only buy Shelter Logic and own 4 additional canopies).”

“I bought this today at Menards. Looked through the instructions and parts list. Based on the parts list on page 3 I had everything. Got half way through assembly and noticed that the part numbers shown on page 8 and 9 DO NOT match the list on page 1. There are (4) 806062 and (4) 805847 as listed on page one and NO 805863 as shown on page 9-10, meaning the I have (4) equal length legs. I'll be returning this tomorrow and not replacing this. What a load of garbage this is. One star cause I can't give 0.”

“The Solano turned out to be everything I was looking for in an outdoor canopy for our small upper patio. The beige and gray color scheme looks attractive against the house and the tarp cover is so much more substantial than others I have purchased from other companies in the past'I wouldn't be surprised if it lasts several years before needing to be replaced. I was so happy with the first canopy that I went ahead and ordered two more for other areas around the yard.”

“This canopy is quite heavy duty! You won't want to move it much. It does provide some nice shade over a picnic table. One aspect that disappointed us was that the 2' metal frame pieces had NO protection around them while in the box. As a result, most of the pieces were scratched down to the metal from hitting against each other. We will need to get some paint to touch those pieces up come time to reassemble.”
