“First of all, I personally own two of these Shelter Logic canopies and a tent shed. I have ordered at least a half a dozed replacement canopy covers due to extreme sun damage. The one in question was ordered for my company which owns four pop-ups. When the frame design was changed I noticed the canopy had not changed, It was the same canopy from all of my previous versions. We ordered a replacement for one of the new frame canopies and it didn't fit properly. After further investigation I noticed some of the Velcro stirrups were missing and the seem work was extremely poor and failed in some spots. When I contacted customer service they didn't offer to repair or replace the damaged product but their reply implied that I had the mental capacity of a 4 year old, sending me customer photos as direction on how to erect a pop up canopy. The heavy duty tent sheds and pop up canopies from Shelter Logic in my opinion were the best you could buy at one point. I don't know what happened to the company but the products and customer service today are awful. I would buy a dozed of the cheap "throw away" pop-up canopies every year before purchasing a single Shelter Logic or its sister products again.”
