“This my 4th canopy in this model usually very please but this one was missing bolts and the ones that were present weren't tighten. Must have been a Friday when they built it”

“Bought your product of a canopy tent. When tent arrived legs were all scratched up, dirt and oil were all over the poles, missing screws to hold the tent together, and the bag had two holes in it with blue stripes on it also. Trying to work with company on getting some of my money back but is difficult.”
