“This is our 2nd 10x20 canopy from Shelter Logic. We absolutely love the way they are constructed. The only issue we have ever had with them is that there tend to be small holes near seams. We highly recommend them to anyone that asks about canopies.”

“This is my second HD series 10 x 20. I purchased my last one about 5 years ago and I've been using it over my race car. That means it has been put up, taken down and transported over and over again. I've left it over my race car for 3 week-long events and countless weekends, often experiencing heavy wind and rain. It was built well, and the steel construction is heavy, but tough. A few weeks ago, my 5 year old canopy finally broke. I fixed it, and now its my spare. My new "American Pride" looks awesome, and its built the same as my old one. It should be good for a long time.”

“I brought this to use in my back yard. It was easy to put up with six people but the fabric was discolored. It seems like it was folded in the sun for a LONG time and the colors bleed through. I didn't bother to call because shipping it back isn't worth the cost and time.”

“Put this canopy up for the Fourth of July for its first use. Got a mild rain and learned this canopy is not really built for rain. The water doesn't drain off correctly and it ends up pooled up on the top. Luckily I was around to push the water off before this canopy destroyed itself. Seems to be pinholes all through the canopy as well. I would only recommend this canopy for very very light rain or a sunshade. I wouldn't leave it up unattended if rain is a possibility. Not very happy with it. Am wondering if I received a defective product of if all shelterlogic canopies are this way.”

It is designed to be a temporary item to provide shade and protect from light rain. “It arrived the day we were leaving in the rain and had no time to really inspect it. The box was unstrapped and with another so I did not see the hole in the box until setup time. The carry case is damaged, the pop-up rods were dislocated, and the instructions are rather poor. This caused confusion trying to figure out why it would not spread. Very heavy, poor top (cheaply made), the vents leak. Extremely expensive shipping from distributor. If you buy, buy from a local dealer.”
