“We purchased this 10x20 tent which can expand to 20x20 for our deck. We LOVE it!Provides great sun coverage for big family functions!! Makes me wish we had another deck so we could buy another and have bigger parties!!”
“At first thought it was awesome. One use and 1 gust of wind a leg broke completely in half, and one of the leg that connects to the top got mangled in the cross hole that it won't come out and not it is not setting the way it needs to be to be usable. $300+ cost of it should get more than one use. And of course they say it is not covered under warranty. had to buy more parts for it and shipping add another $50 to the cost.”

We are very sorry to hear that your canopy was damaged. As listed in the assembly manual acts of nature are unfortunately not covered under the warranty and any product that is not anchored securely has the potential to fly away causing damage.
