“We bought this gazebo earlier this year and set it up in May... it’s barely September and the cover has just started tearing randomly this week for no reason that we can come up with. It has been dry and hot here in Pueblo, but no high winds, no flying debris, and no hail. No reason for me to go out three days in a row to see more tears. I am posting photos with this review to back up my story. So disappointing, we really liked this gazebo till now.”
We are very sorry to hear about this! Fabric life is affected by application, location and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. All of our shelters include a minimum one year warranty and if your cover tears within that time period we suggest filing a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. “looks really nice I haven't had any issues , we get a lot of wind in our area so I made sure I anchored it good , the only thinking was the cover is beginning to tear a little at edges of corners an going to need to replace cover next year....”
