I got this Gazebo as a gift from my employer. I have no receipt. I hired someone to assemble it. The side door Cover does not fit properly. The middle support beam will not go in the sleeve because the sleeve is not in the right place. Is this a QA issue? Also are there more heavy duty covers for these? Thanks!

The lift arm that holds up the side cover is broken, so you offer replacement parts?

When I purchased the gazebo/canopy I made sure I could buy a replacement cover. It was available then . Now I look an there is no placement option. This one reason I purchased the product. I want to purchase a replacement!

Love my shelter, but .....w.here the roof meets the sides, there is a small sewn pocket that roof braces slide into, to keep the roof flat. The first mild wind we had saw three of the 4 edges of the roof badly tear where these pockets were sewn to the roof. And not just tiny tears. I got some clear Gorilla Tape to try and get a second year out of it... The sewing appeared to create a weakness, and when it tore along the threads, it just kept going. Not recommended.

We ordered the Redwood Gazebo from our local store, set it up and enjoyed the shade for about a month. I am very unhappy with your company who has done nothing but give us the runaround. First, false advertising. Since your site and product claim to be sun and water resistant and both have completely deteriorated our cover in mere months. Second, I took comfort in the fact that there was a replacement cover number available but the cost of the replacement cover is half the cost of the product, and has not been available for reorder in over a year with no availability in the projected future. Third, the warranty is a joke, since you were unable to provide anything for us! We do NOT recommend this company.

Cover (cloth) is absolute garbage. You will only get a year out of the covering, 2 with some patching. Warranty is for 1 year for a reason. Cover replacement price is beyond stupid. Almost cheaper to purchase a whole new kit (frame and cover). We have had no issues with the frame, just the cover. Have purchased 3 covers with our newest last summer and I doubt this cloth will make it through this summer. This is our 3rd one. Clover only up from May through September of each year.

I bought this last year. Some parts is not in the box of the delivery I called and they send me the part but when I put them together the cover it’s not completely fit on the size, the water buildup on the side on the canopy and it cause the damage. I want to ask the warranty for the cover I hope they can help me on that issue.

This canopy is great at providing shade and I love the extended shade on one side but it needs to be taken down when there's lots of wind and rain. My cover ripped and I've had it for less than a year.
