“bought this on 07/16/21 and on today 10/27/21 took main gazebo cover off today and during the night it torn along outside of canopy. Also found the complete canopy had faded and material was completely brittle from one summer use.”

“Poorly packaged upon delivery July of 2020.
Some of the metal tubes were damaged.
Summer 2021, canopy has already ripped on 3 sides.
I understand your recommendation is to remove canopy in inclement weather, not really a practical option. The canopy pools water on all sides with just regular rain showers. I would have to remove several times a week with regular summer thunderstorms.
Looks nice initially, but fails the test of time.”

“I love this gazebo but within 1 month of purchase the bars bent from 1 rainstorm and now the top canopy is so stretched out and now ripping from rain. I am so disappointed that this did not even last me 1 full season. A new canopy top is now going to cost me $120...UGH”

“This Gazebo looked great the day we set it up, Witch was fairly simple and stright forward.
the first time it rained the canopy filled up with water on all 4 sides,, the canopy stretch's
out to allow this to happen now its way to big, it does not fit very good from out of the box. So after 3 weeks its a total loss i contacted customer service 20 days after purchasing this hoping to get some assistance SHELTER LOGIC CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT WILLING TO ASSIST IN ANY WAY THEY DO NOT CARE so dont think its does not translate to anything you buy from them ...there is much better options”
