“The size is a bit smaller than 10x12 - the roof over hang might be 10x12 but the space under is more like 8.5x10.5
Although a hard roof the panels seem flimsy - was hoping I could leave it up in the winter like my last hardtop model BUT I am not sure if that will be possible.
The netting is tinned BUT still very usable.
Overall for the money it seems a good value - hoping it lasts for a while”
