We are sorry you feel this way! Please note that All our Gazebo Canopies are designed as temporary structures meant to provide protection from the sun, tree sap, and bird excrement. It is recommended that the Canopy be anchored down while being used, and the cover is removed or the canopy to be stored away when not being used or if there is inclement weather in the forecast as well. “My wife and I ordered the cypress gazebo in May of 2021. We used the gazebo a lot to entertain our friends when they visit us in Delaware. We took the cover and screens off before winter came upon us as I’m sure you should do. We stored this nice and neat in a zipper up tote. We went to put it up this year only to pull it onto the end pieces and watch it rip in several places. The frame is very solid, no complaints on that. One season and done !”

“Bought it last year at the beginning of summer by the fall the canopy had started tearing. When we went to take it off for the winter it tore even more, so we threw it away figuring we would have to buy a new one this year. Now we are trying to buy one and there are none available and no one knows when they will be. Very disappointed we spent $550 on it. One year ago.”

“I called more than a month ago to order and paid for a gazebo cover. Kept hearing it was out of stock. I finally asked for a refund on June 3rd. I was told it had been issued on June 3rd. Today is June 22nd, no refund and no gazebo cover. Avoid this company!!! I don't think they are legit!!!”

“This product is JUNK!!!!!! Does not keep out any insects, bugs, snakes, mice, squirrels, you name it, anything can crawl under the bottom lap, and over the top as this unit does not enclose entirely. Just take a look at it..... Screen only held on the rods by a ring. For the price - a big rip off. Would never, never buy from this company, and will let others know of our unhappiness with the product, and the staff at the company. No consideration at all. Had trouble right from the start. BE CAREFUL!!!”
