“I bought this over the winter and was just able to find time to install last month. Used the black cloth and the plastic grommets. Had a few of the grommets break, but not surprised due to the nature of the mold design. Inexpensive enough to have bought a package to spare.
Providing great shade to my garden and holding up to some heavy Texas spring storms with no signs of wear. Expect it to hold up for a few years and by that time I will have a better layout ready to cover. Almost impossible to be outside in the summer here without some form of shade to keep you from melting. Also my garden will actually stand a chance of not burning up this year.
Tip: If you really want those grommets to stay for the long term, use a decent adhesive such as UV6000. Cut and attach per the directions, just give it a good bead before joining the two halves and your joints will no longer be the weakest pointof the system.”
