“Used these kits several times, usually holds up for a year or 2. Just put a new one on survived the very heavy winds we’ve been having in Southern California. We’re out of stock for quite awhile, glad they’re back. Use the shelter on back patio as an enclosure against sun, wind, and rain. Zippered door is great for moving things in and out. Have had it close to 7 years…works great. Covers last well, duration depends partly on how mild or severe the weather is. Frame has held up excellently. Would be five stars if grommets used for attachment in cover to frame were extra re-enforced. Usually the first thing to go bad. Bungee cords stretch and some times need to be replaced…that’s normal wear and tear to be expected.”

“first bought what you called a kit but diddnt contain the top which is the piece i needed the most,then i talked to your rep whos help was limited, through him i ordered the top.when i finally was able to replace the old one i was shocked by how poorly it was made compared to the first one. i sent pictures to one of your reps who couldn't open them ,the bunges where stretched to there max and are bound to fail also a pic. of the frayed ropes on the ends that is suppose to tighten it all up,and that is bound to fail in the winds we get here,also a pic. of the seems over the peek that are not centered .I wonder if you just patched some scrap pieces together to make a top. the old one had eyelets in the corners, this one the first eyelet is 8 inches in”

We are very sorry to hear about all of the trouble you have experienced. The enclosure kit is an accessory to the frame for those who would like to enclose the bottom portion on it. Under the features it does list that the frame and top are not included. As for the top you did receive we strive to provide a quality product and once we receive those pictures we will definitely find a solution for you.
