All our shelters include a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty, and if they cover tears within that period, we suggest filing a claim and having that reviewed and possibly replaced by the corresponding department. “The shelter was easy to assemble, looks good, keeps the sun off well. However, it needs another row of “rafters” running end to end as a heavy rain settles between the ribs. I had to ad 1 1/2” black pvc pipe lengthwise on both side so the rain doesn’t puddle.”

Unfortunately, this canopy is not live load rated and it does list in the manual that this temporary shelter should be taken down in inclement weather conditions. We do offer wind and snow-rated covers in a size very similar to this one which may better suit your needs. “I purchased two 10 ft. by 18 ft. Monarc canopies for my yard. They look good, hold up to wind and rain well. Unfortunately the tarps lasted just over a year before they began leaking and Shelterlogic has not had or do they now have the replacement tarps. So, good looking product but the problems with the fitted tarps really brings their rating down.”
