This shelter is too fragile for the outdoors. No sooner was it built and secured, it was destroyed by the mildest wind. Any wind managed to bend the frame and warps it. It’s flimsy and the joints are welded improperly leaving huge gaps. Awful awful product.

This product collapsed in a moderate SoCal wind. Six metal parts/tubes of the 42 original pieces bent and were destroyed. The company now says to "remove canopy in inclement weather". Huh? What else would I want it for? To replace the 6 poles was the equivalent of the entire purchase price, with exorbitant shipping charges. I declined. I also decline to do any further business with this company

I loved my Max AP Canopy. What I did not like was trying to order replacement parts for it. Finding the parts ordering info is the best kept secret on the website. You can not just look them up and order them. Worse was finding out after calling the company that each of the four replacement parts were roughly $10 a pop plus the shipping cost. This was almost half the expense of when I bought it at the store originally and it came with 51 pole pieces along with a canopy cover. Where's the need to mark up replacement pieces?

Never leave it unattended . My party finished at night so I left it out and was planning on taking it apart next morning but the wind was too strong. About 2-3 legs bent so now I have to replace them . If you buy this replace the legs with a single 10ft6 rail (from menards). Definitely get atleast 3 people to put it up,me and my wife did it alone but it was rather difficult as the connectors would fall out without support. I'd like to downrate it but I bought it on sale for around $80 at menards.
