“I ordered 3 10x20 2 came in by fed X both boxs were broke open the third came next day i also fed X this box was so broke open some body had taped a cardboard box to cover the poles all three boxs were broken i hope all the poles are there.”

“I ordered a canopy and customer service called me and could not appologise enough to me that what I ordered was out of stock. She asked me if they could upgrade my order at not extra charge, and of course I said yes. NOW THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE ! I had ordered a 12x20 canopy years ago from Shelter Logic and used it as my santuary for my plants
. I absolutly loved it but hurricane Helen put a tree down on it and I had to replace. Thank you Shelter Logic.”

“I wanted to buy just a tan canopy no frame. Per email the guy said he could help. Come to find out I was told they did not have a tan canopy. He never told me they have them with frame. I stumbled upon one and purchased only about thirty dollars more. Anyway it fits my frame that is in dock poles over the water for a boat cover. what i am getting at is if he would have mentioned I would have purchased then. Always be selling.”
