We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your Canopy. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds, it can also affect longevity. “This product does not come with installation instructions and they can not be found on the website to download. Roof framing has horizontal collar tie’s that are not shown in the illustration and lessen the overall height. The canvas could be thicker/heavier quality.”
