“The canopy arrived quickly. We followed the directions and had no problem setting it up. The metal frame was the most outstanding feature. The pipes are much heavier and higher quality than I had expected. The top covering is of very good quality and and we have no problem with "puddles on the top" because of the extra ribs included in the kit. Everything fit together as expected and we now have a great carport for four vehicles with space to spare.”
“I bought this item and paid $450 to have it shipped to my house. Apparently it shipped on a semi (which no one told me) and the semi cant make it up my driveway. Shelterlogic chose this shipping method and took my money but now they wont deliver it. They want to dump it in the street at the end of the driveway and make it my problem to get it where it needs to go. They refuse to fully refund my money...despite the fact that I had nothing to do with this shipping disaster!!! The customer service rep Laura offered me no options and refused to allow me to speak to a supervisor. Dumping the product I ordered in the street is not completing delivery!!!!! If its too big to fit on anything other than a semi then how am I supposed to move it????? Shelterlogic will happily take your money....but you're on your own trying to deal with the mess they make of delivery....and they wont give it back when they fail to deliver.”

We are sorry to see you feel this way. Unfortunately, package carriers have weight capacities and cannot deliver your package. The freight company used is not able to make it up your driveway. The driver is able to offer curbside delivery. The representative over the phone tried to explain that the canopy you purchased is packaged in 4 boxes and this may make it easier to put on a truck to get up your driveway. If you refuse the shipment they will have to return it back to our distribution center and this will incur an additional freight cost. “When designing my son's wedding I was looking for a tent that would lend itself to being decorated in the manner I wanted it to be. I ended up purchasing 3 ShelterLogic 24 x 40 Canopies and placing them side by side. The tents were fairly easy to assemble but required some serious muscle power to do so. It took 2 days to assemble the three tents with four men. To decorate the inside of the tent we had to add pvc at the ceiling and wood strips to staple the fabric to with and I used zip ties to put them onto the tent. What I do not like about the canopies is the side flaps should be longer. We had to create a gutter system in between the tents because if it rained we could not have water pouring in between the tents. The flaps being short allowed a good amount of water to drip into the tent rather than away from it.
Overall these are nice solid canopies. We had 4 serious storms with high winds and heavy rains between the time we set them up and the time we took them down and we had no problems at all. We anchored these tents to the flooring and to each other to ensure that we did not have anything dangerous going on in the event that we had inclimate weather on the day of our event.
Overall these canopies are well designed and very heavy duty. I know shelter logic discontinued this model however you can do the same thing with other models they offer. I would like to see longer side flaps and choices for the sidewalls other than solid white.”
