“The structure is okay, though the covering won't survive our sun for longer than a year or two. So I imagine we'll have to spend more money with this disappointing company. Customer service is atrocious. Boxes came damaged and open. Several missing parts which took many phone calls and more than two months for Shelter Logic to replace. Poles were damaged, scuffed and chipped, and badly machined, requiring re-drilling of some holes and some heavy hammering to assemble. Despite promises to recompense us for the trouble, we received nothing but indifference. Caveat emptor!”
