“We love this gazebo which we purchased this summer. Great quality however it was disappointing that the universal Sojag 10x10 winter cover does not fit and yet was sold to us at the same time we purchased the gazebo from patio.ca. I did call shelterlogic and unfortunately no help in resolving the issue was provided. There is currently no winter cover that fits this gazebo which is frustrating…had we known we would have chosen a different model gazebo. There was a complete lack of customer service and product support.”

We are sorry to hear about your negative experience with our Sanibel I Hardtop Gazebo, 10 ft. x 10 ft. Light Gray. Yes, at this time, we currently have no Winter Cover that will fit the Sanibel I Hardtop Gazebo, 10 ft. x 10 ft. Light Gray. Reasons being is because of the High pitch the gazebo was designed with, which prevents the Winter Cover from fitting on the Gazebo.
