“I loved this product. It lasted 2 years, then collapsed under a snow load, despite being screwed to the deck, winter support post screwed in at the bottom tight at the top, and the winter tarp cover. We did have exceptional snowfall this year bud. The corner posts completely buckled. The highest remaining post was bent at about 5 ft from the ground. Other posts were bent in an s-shape. All tables and furniture inside was damages or destroyed.
This product should not be sold as okay to leave out in the winter. The problem with the hardtop is that it is very difficult to install. I can't do this every 2 years. Very expensive solution, very nice during the summer and shoulder seasons, but it needs more strength to hold a snow load.”

“Overall I think this gazebo is made well. You definitely need 2 people for much of the assembly. It makes a nice statement in the yard and completes the look without an abundance of weight. It definitely needs to be anchored down. I also want to add that Lynn from customer service helped me along the way to the sale and after. That customer service is hard to find and a big reason I would buy again from SL. Great to deal with.”
