“Bought this gazebo back in April and it came with various shades of grey throughout the parts list. Been trying to work with support for two months to get new pieces sent out to me and and still waiting for a shipment to occur. Also be aware that the colors shown in the website pics do not represent the actual color you may recieve. The roof panels sent to me are very light grey in comparison to the dark grey depicted on the site. The product will look more two tone then a consistent dark grey.”

“We bought a 14x12 a month ago. Upon receipt we inventoried all the components and found out that we were missing several pieces. Made a warranty claim and never heard and was assured upon receipt of the information requested the replacement parts would be sent out. Waited a week and called back, this rep stated everything was received then put me on hold. When came back on she stated now that everything has been received they will get the parts out right away and of course due to COVID it will take 3 - 4 weeks. I asked what was the hold up on initially sending the info out and was told there was a "glitch". So now it has been a month and I still do not have the parts needed to put the gazebo together. Sooo buyer beware, if all the parts do not come you are sitting on several thousand dollars of scrap. We understand things happen but considering the poor packaging, inability to correctly package the product and subpar customer service if possible you should really look at alternative companies.”
