“Prior to purchasing the Roma Soft Top Gazebo, I had purchased two Horizon Soft Top Gazebo's 10 x 14 from Costco. The Horizon was a great SOJAG product and purchase for easiness of assemble and because the materials were heavy duty the gazebo lasted more than 10 years. I take extraordinary care of my possessions and so removed the soft top every autumn for the winter months. The SOJAG Roma product is nowhere close to the quality and workmanship we had with the Horizon. The fabric is thin and translucent and will not last more than two maybe three years at the very most. The top is very tight on the frame and is very difficult to mount. The frame parts appear flimsy and were extremely difficult to assemble as the instructions are unclear and horribly deficient in detail. Some parts were shipped bent and others had the mounting assembly holes not aligned making the assembly process impossible unless major modifications were made, e.g. drilling multiple holes. The entire process was time consuming and extremely frustrating. I made many assembly errors because the instructions are deficient and unclear. I could go on and on about the six hours we spent trying to assemble a gazebo which should have taken no more than 90 minutes. And this is from an experienced and very handy person and skilled jack of all trades. The finish product is not bad but cheap cheap cheap and no where the quality of craftsmanship that the SOJAG Horizon had back in 2011. I will say that this gazebo was ordered online directly from Shelter Logic and fortunately those individuals made the experience a little easier to swallow with their great guarantee support staff. All in all, I would recommend buying online from Shelter Logic without hesitation. However, I cannot recommend the SOJAG Roma 10 x 12 soft top gazebo because the quality of the product has dramatically gone down in the last ten years.”

“Unfortunate that this one and only soft canopy Gazebos is foreseen to be discontinued… :-(
All other “hard roof” gazebos need to get the snow shovelled every time there is snow accumulations; witch is an added burden during winter and a Big Problem if your hard roof is installed in a location that you don’t live in daily (your cottage for instance)
This soft roof Roma gazebo is ok! For your basic needs easy to assemble and very good customer service from SOJAG TEAM. :-)”
