“All in all pleased with this product. My only complaint is after approximately five months of use, the three side panels started tearing around the grommets and one panel had significant wear. Filed a warranty claim with Shelter Logic and they quickly sent replacements. ALthough the product didn't hold up as well as I had hoped, the customer service and warranty claim process is excellent. would definitely recommend this product.”
“I have had the same experience as many others. It's great when you set it up and looks awesome only for the canopy to split. I live in Georgia with no snow in the winters. I am now on my third canopy in 3-years. I have just accepted that I have to replace it annually. If that is not enough frustration, I followed the instructions on replacement and entered the part number 804792 only to discover "ITEM NOT FOUND". C'mon guys, get it together.”

If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds, it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material. The heavier materials have longer warranty and life expectancies, which might better suit your needs.
