We are awfully sorry to see that you are unhappy with your cover. The standard cover does include a 1-year limited warranty, and if anything goes wrong within that time frame, we strongly suggest submitting a claim. Please know that fabric life is affected by the application, location, and the physical elements the shelter is exposed to. If you live in an area that gets more sun exposure than most of the cover, along with exposure to other elements such as strong winds and snow (if applicable), it can also affect longevity. We do offer replacement cover kits in Standard, Heavy-Duty, and Ultra-Duty material. The heavier materials have a longer warranty and life expectancy which might better suit your needs. This is an accessory Kit to the ShelterLogic 10' x 10' Equine, Livestock, and Agricultural Corral Shelter that brings side panels to enclose an existing corral shelter, and the (Corral gates and Corral Shelter frame are Not included). You will need to obtain the corral fencing or gates and the portable shade and shelter structure to mount on the fence or gates. “I already had the tarp the ad was misleading. I went on the word "kit" and had the panels. I had no idea there was no cover included. I mean it is all just tarp, they need to take the word "kit" out and say tarp panels for Corral Shelter Kit. Word it right and stop misleading the buyers. There is no "kit" a kit means that there are brackets and things you have to put together....all you are buying is tarp panels that is it NO KIT.”

We apologize for any confusion you may have experienced. The display image and the product description both state that the Corral shelter is sold separately and that this is the Enclosure Kit only. The Enclosure Kit is an accessory to the frame and includes the panels to enclose the gates and back as seen in the second product image.
