“I order a corral shelter and enclosure kit over a month ago (11-14-2018) and yet to receive it. I'm told it will be middle of January 2019 before it ships, I dont believe it. So, if it is not here by then I will cancel my order. And I had to put at least star to post this but wished I could put -5 stars.”
“From start to finish I’m not impressed. I was of the impression that these were in stock and had I not called, no one would have ever informed me that it takes at a minimum 4 weeks to be manufactured. Once delivered I received a package that not only didn’t have instructions but was missing pieces! My fiancé being of the mechanical mind was able to put the structure together by some miracle without instructions. Upon completion there was nothing to attach the structure to the corral! We had to go out and buy $50 worth of ratchet straps to attach the structure. I called customer service and basically received no help. They said they would send instructions to me e-mail which never happend and I received no resolution to my missing pieces. I’m giving 3 stars because once set up the structure serves its purpose and is actually roomier than I had anticipated. The heavy duty fabric seems of good quality. I’ve had for less than a week so I can’t currently speak of durability. Being made of tarps and including the enclosure panels it’s actually very quiet and my horse is comfortable in it.”
